AFL Home Provider - Primary resident of staff

• 18 and Over
• High School Transcripts / G.E.D. Equivalent
• Clean Background Checks
• Drug Testing Required
• National Health Care Registry Check
• NC Drivers License
• Proof of Vehicle Insurance / Registration
• Vehicle Use
